# 2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY<\/p>\n

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Klyde.in. Please read this Policy before buying. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

## 2.1 Online Courses (Digital Access)<\/p>\n

– Courses are delivered digitally, and access is usually given immediately after payment.
– **Refund window (Edit):** You may request a refund within **7 days** of purchase, provided you have completed **less than 20%** of the course content and have not downloaded any course materials.
– **No refund** will be given if:
– The request is made after 7 days of purchase
– More than 20% of the course has been accessed or downloaded
– The course was purchased at a special promotional price or as part of a bundle marked “non-refundable”
– Your account was suspended for violating our Terms (for example, sharing login details or pirating content)
– The reason is a change of mind after consuming the content, or lack of time to complete it
– If a course is defective or you cannot access it due to a technical problem on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.<\/p>\n

## 2.2 Digital Books (eBooks \/ PDFs \/ Downloads)<\/p>\n

Because digital books cannot be returned once downloaded, **all sales of digital books are final and non-refundable**, except where:<\/p>\n

– The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working copy within 7 days, or
– You were charged more than once for the same item.<\/p>\n

## 2.3 Physical Books<\/p>\n

– **Returns\/replacements:** Please contact us within **7 days of delivery** if the book is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not the item you ordered. Share your order ID and clear photos\/video of the parcel and product.
– We will offer a **replacement or full refund**, at your choice, after verifying the issue.
– Books must be unused and in original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
– We do not accept returns for change of mind, or for books damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
– **Return shipping:** We bear the cost if the error or damage is ours. In other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.<\/p>\n

## 2.4 Order Cancellation<\/p>\n

– **Physical books:** You may cancel before the order is shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the return policy in 2.3 applies.
– **Digital products:** Cannot be cancelled after access or download link is delivered.<\/p>\n

## 2.5 How to Request a Refund<\/p>\n

1. Email **[EMAIL]** with subject “Refund Request \u2013 [Order ID]”.
2. Include your name, registered email\/phone, order ID, and the reason for the request.
3. We will review and respond within **3 business days**.<\/p>\n

## 2.6 Refund Processing<\/p>\n

– Approved refunds are issued to the **original payment method** only.
– Refunds are processed within **5\u20137 business days** of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
– Payment gateway charges, if any, may be non-refundable (Edit).
– If a payment was deducted but the order failed, the amount is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5\u20137 business days. If not, contact us with proof of payment.<\/p>\n
